Delivery and returns

We ship bronze sculptures throughout Denmark and the European Union.

All orders are carefully packed to ensure safe transportation. Delivery times vary depending on stock availability and destination country.

• Denmark: 2–5 business days

• EU countries: 5–10 business days

For made-to-order or limited-edition sculptures, production time may apply before shipment. Any estimated production time will be communicated before dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the package or sculpture arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include photographs of the damage and packaging.

We will assess the claim and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email before returning the item.

Returned items must be:

• Returned in their original condition

• Carefully packed to prevent damage during transport

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received and inspected the returned item.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to custom-made, commissioned, personalised, or specially produced sculptures created according to customer specifications, as permitted under applicable EU consumer legislation.
