By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Each sculpture is individually crafted and may vary slightly from photographs shown on the website. Such variations are considered part of the artistic nature of the work and do not constitute defects.
Product descriptions, dimensions, and weights are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur.

All prices are displayed in EUR (or DKK) and include VAT where required by law.
Shipping charges are added separately during checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price confirmed at checkout will apply to the order.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Ownership of the sculpture transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.
Risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery to the customer.

All artwork, photographs, product descriptions, and website content remain the intellectual property of the artist and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
